White Guava is around shaped tropical fruit with a white or pink interior, which is fleshy and interspersed with many hard seeds it has the highest vitamin C contents among fruits and its delicious juice is widely appreciated for this vitamin it also contains a considerable amount of pectin White guava pulp/puree is extracted from sound, mature and ripe Guava pulp by mechanical process and packed aseptically under hygienic conditions
White Guava Puree is produced from fresh highest quality guava fruits, maintaining commercial sterility. Pink Guava Pulp is extracted and processed from handpicked pink guavas that are mature, unblemished and ripe. The Guava pulp obtained is pure and creamy white & pink in texture, assuring highest quality standards. The selected white & Pink guava fruit is then processed hygienically through cold extractor grinding, followed by an enzymatic deactivation, evaporation and sterilization
