Gm400 / gm500 / gm550 / gm600 series opening machine synthesizeskinds of processing machinery characteristics and advanced experience of design and manufacture. This machine is a high-speed operation licker centrifugal force generated to exclude the mechanical cotton material impurities and tear loose. The machine is processing old quilt, scrap yarn, cloth angle, ideal for linen and other items.
Note: there are two types of gm600 opening machine:gm600 iron opening and gm600 wooden opening. Eachtypehave their own characteristics, the gm600 wooden opening with light weight, and the gm600 iron opening machines using life is much longer than the wooden opening machine.

This type of machine is a newest and the most advanced technique patent product designed contra posing to polyester loosing. It is furnished one big roll and seven smaller opening roll working at one step with low speed 1400/ minutes. The best advantage is that the polyester can be opened for 98% within one-off, and the fibre could not be damaged. There is a metal alarm system installed in this machine against the metal sent into the working roll hurting the steel gear. Small cubage, long usage life, automatic and low repair rate is its main feature. Yield is 50% more than other congener machine.
