Physical description
Iqf apricot dices, the materials used should be fresh and sound , free from deterioration, containing all its essential constituents and sufficiently ripe. Raw material to be selected, inspected, peeled or unpeeld, blanched or unblanched as per customer's requirements, stoned off and cut before individually quick frozen, and sorted. The product has to be produced under the sanitary standards condition and practically free from impurities and free from any technical additives.
