Types

Inconel 625

Types

Duplex 2205 (S31803)

Duplex 2205 stainless steel (both ferritic and austenitic) is used extensively in applications that require good corrosion resistance and strength. At temperatures above 300°C, the brittle micro-constituents of this grade undergo precipitation, and at temperatures below -50°C the micro-constituents undergo ductile-to-brittle transition; hence this grade of stainless steel is not suitable for use at these temperatures.

Duplex S32750

Duplex 2507 is a super duplex stainless steel designed for applications which demand exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Alloy 2507 has 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel. This high molybdenum, chromium and nitrogen content results in excellent resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion attack and the duplex structure provides 2507 with exceptional resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking.

A193 Grade B7 Class Bolts are manufactured from AISI 4140/4142 low Carbon Alloy Steel Grades followed by quencing & tempering. Chromium Molybendum steel, normally AISI 4140, heat treated to 28-32Rockwell Hardness, 125,000 PSI tensile strength, 105, 000 PSI yield. It will hold it's strength to 1000 degrees F.

ASTM A194 Gr.2H
A194 2H Heavy Hex Nuts are manufactured from 1045 steel to meet or exceed ASTM A194 Grade 2H. Hot-Dip Galvanized material will meet or exceed ASTM A153 and/or ASTM F2329. Galvanized nuts are over tapped per ASTM A563

ASTM A193 Gr.B7M
B7M bolts for High Temperature and/or High Pressure service are modified in our tempering furnace to meet the ASTM A193 /A193M â?? B7M standard for bolting covering both metric and inch bolting products. In accord with the A193 standard the final modification is the tempering at 1150° F minimum performed after all machining, roll threading and any type of cutting.
