Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil
Sunflower oil, produced by cold pressing method, is a natural oil obtained from sunflower seeds. In this method, the seeds are subjected to a mechanical pressing process and then the oil is separated. This method preserves the nutritional value and flavor of the oil, but produces a smaller amount of oil.
Sunflower oil is a healthy oil containing high amounts of unsaturated fatty acids.
