1.Cleaning system
In this section, firstly, pre-clean the wheat in raw material bin. Clean out the big impurity and remove dust in the wheat. In this process, remove most impurity and keep the workshop clean.
Then the wheat go to the next step for further cleaning to clean out the middle and small impurity by washing stoner, classifying stoner, magnetic separator and other machines.
In this part, all the wheat will be cleaned and dampened ready to be milled.
2.Milling system
The technology in milling part consists of the milling process and sifting process.
3.Packing system
This part is connected with milling part and is fully automatic, including bagging part, weighting part and sewing part.
4.Control system
This line is fully automatic
5.How to pack and load in container?
The machines are packed by plastic film inside and wooden case s outside or iron sheet packing. The machine will fixed by steel rope inside the container. Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.
