Macadamia Oil

Macadamia oil is a clear, light-yellow liquid that comes from pressed macadamia nuts. It is a healthful oil that people use for cooking, and there may also be health benefits of using pure oil to moisturize the skin and condition the hair. Macadamia nuts grow on macadamia trees, which are native to Australia.

The Macadamia Oil is cold pressed from the best quality of Macdamia nuts grown in South Africa. Macadamia Oil is very versatile in its use and is well known for its health benefits. It contains high amounts of Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Calium, Vitamin A, B1,B2 and E.

Its wonderfully smooth buttery flavor makes Macadamia Oil perfect for roasting, baking. Due to the smoke point of 210 -234 degrees it can also be used for deep-frying.

Macadamia Oil:

Exotic EPZ macadamia oil is freshly extracted oil from macadamia nuts. The oil triple filtered to ensure total removal of physical impurities. It’s processed under hygienic condition and supervision with relevant competent expertise being utilized to assure supply of good quality. It’s primarily used for further processing of edible oil (refining) and cosmetic industries.

Shall be packed in 20 liter food grade high density polypropylene gallon. Samples are delivered in 500ml PET containers.

Shelf life:
Best before extinction of 1 year from the date of manufacture.

Handling & storage:
General good hygienic practices and good manufacturing practices to be observed during handling. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding 350C.
