It grafted based on the latex and in particles form. In order to guarantee the high content at the same time, compared with normal SBR products, it can be dissolved without using colloid mill and the dissolution time is shorter. As a new kind of environmental protection material. Its main advantages: Lower melting temperature, reducing production cost, greatly reducing the dust while feeding compared with normal SBR powder.
Product features
095 Waterproof SBR styrene butadiene rubber asphalt modifier is made by a certain amount of styrene in SBR styrene butadiene latex, initiated and catalyzed reaction, the formation of SBR rubber latex with a certain degree of interposition thermoplastic. The experimental results show that the high temperature properties, tensile properties, tensile strength, bonding strength and anti-aging properties of the materials can be improved obviously by adding it.
To meet different customers requirements, 095 modifier was upgraded to two different kinds of products: High and low-temperature property.
High temperature performance: Cohesion strength is higher than that of ordinary SBR modifier with strong peeling strength, the softening point is 4-6 higher than ordinary SBR modifier. Recommended for using in non- curing products.
Low temperature performance: It is better than the ordinary SBR modifier, low temperature index is 4 lower than the normal SBR modifier, and it has a better viscosity. Recommended using in type adhesive material.

Method of use
A certain proportion of styrene butadiene rubber powder should be mixed slowly into the emulsified bitumen at 140 C-150 C. Then raising the temperature to 185 C-195 C for stirring, until the styrene butadiene rubber powder is fully mixed evenly and swollen while stirring about one and a half hour and with no distinct particles.
