Thread bar bolt is composed of screw thread steel bar , high strength plate , casting damping nut , yield tube, washer , and other accessories . According to the structure of steel bar , the bolt has two stypes : rib rebar bolt and non-rib rebar bolt .

The bolt is usually used in thick coal seam , that has high stress, large deformation, difficult to support and other poor environment .

Site installation method
Step 1:screw the bolt into female coupler swaged with rebar, till unable to screw continually.
Step 2:screw another side of bolt into the other sleeve after swaged with rebar, till unable to screw continually.
Step 3:with help of two pipe wrench, tighten the connection by turning both rebar / couplers in opposite direction at the same time.

Split-lock coupler is a mechanical reinforcement connection system. The system is divided into two parts: split-lock coupler and YD-JYJ-40 split-lock clamping machine. It is suitable for the modular connection of rebars, and the construction is simple and convenient, and can be applied to the scene where the upper and lower steel bars are against each other or there is a gap.
