Anti-Corrosive Carbon Bricks

Anti-corrosive carbon brick is made by a unique technological process from high-quality carbon-containing materials and acid-proof organic compound, which is shaped under high pressure and bonded by high-strength gum. It, with excellent acid-resistance, is a kind of ideal lining material for the large acid-proof and corrosion-resistant vessels in chemical and metallurgical industry. Characteristics

Acid proof and corrosion-resistance
Using high-grade carbon-containing materials and adding acid proof organic compound, it, with low porosity and high bulk density, is so hard to be corroded by acid or alkaline solution.

High temperature resistance, long lifetime
It has much higher proof high-temperature of top to 350�°C and abrasion-resistance than traditional rubber products. It has scarcely any change with temperature going up due to its bonding and additive. So, its lifetime is long.

Accurate dimensions
It can fully satisfy the requirements of constructionâ??s technology because the brick has properties of high quality of shaping and accurate dimensions. We can also manufacture specific form bricks with customersâ?? requirement.

Application:
Carbon bricks are widely used in variety heating environment. There are blast furnace carbon bricks, electric furnace carbon bricks, calcium carbide furnace carbon bricks, aluminum electrolytic cell cathode carbon blocks(semi graphite cathode carbon blocks) ,etc.

Product Description:

It can be applied in different parts of steel making equipment,such as converter, electric furnace, refining frnace and ladle.
