NLD-3055 This labeler is an extremely versatile labeler of four sides labeling on various square shaped bottles. Combines corner wrap device, only one labeler with two label applicators can do top labeling and C wrap labeling at one time. Maintenance free and tool less adjustment simplify the labeling process greatly. It can surely boost productivity with less effort.

After label dispensing , label will be folded to side immediately to prevent wrinkle or bubbles.
Twin unpowered corner wrap PU boards fold labels to left and right hand side smoothly.
Top hold down belt to keep bottles stay in the central part of conveyor while transferring.
Driven by imported stepper motor and can be replaced according required speed.
Labeling height can be adjusted by numeric hand wheel.
Labeling angle can be adjusted by X-Y axes.
Automatic label length detection and electronic sensor positioning.
Made of stainless steel and high grade anodized aluminum.
