Sandblast Hose - Abrasion and Wear Resistance for All Tough Cleaning Applications

SHP-01: Sandblasting hose is widely used in coal mine industries and other fields for derusting.
Suction and discharge hose features excellent abrasion resistance, it is mainly used to deliver abrasive materials, such as sands, gravel and other bulk materials. Here, we will introduce the sand blast hose, which is specially designed for sand transferring and discharging.

Sandblasting hose, also called sand blast rubber hose and flexible reinforced sand blast hose, it is a type of suction and discharge hose for sand blasting with air compressed machine.

Rubber material make the sand blast hose excellent abrasion resistance and durable life. The sand blast hose can be added with flanges, which make it easy to install and dismantle onto pipeline tightly.
Different from others rubber hoses, which the reinforcement layer is fabric or steel wires or meshes. The discharge and suction hoses including sandblasting hose are composed of both cord thread or fabric and spiral steel wire as the reinforcement layer.
Sand blast hose is widely used in the water & electricity, mining industry, military defense and other fields for derusting, sand reclamation and other applications.

Structure of sand blast hose
The sand blast hose has same structure with slurry hose and dredge hose, which is composed of three layers: inner layer, reinforcement layer and cover layer.

Inner layer. High quality rubber for high wear and abrasion resistance.
Main materials of inner layer is polyurethane and butyl rubber. The raw materials are added into special reinforcing agents, which make the inner layer high abrasive resistant, high toughness and high pressure resistant. The abrasive performance is equal to 2 or 3 times of traditional sandblasting pipes.
Reinforcement layer. Suitable for both low or high working pressure conditions.
Fabric reinforcement + steel spiral wire reinforcement. It is suitable for the low working pressure applications.
Cord thread reinforcement + steel spiral wire reinforcement. It is suitable for the high working pressure applications.
Cover layer. High quality rubber for anti-aging and wear resistance.
Cover layer material is same to the inner layer, which is made from various abrasion and wear resistant synthetic rubber (NR, SBR, BR) for anti-aging and anti-wear performance.

Construction:this hose consist of an inner tube of oil resistant sythetic rubber, one wire braid reinforcement, and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

Sandblast hose for general sandblast applications, designed for high velocity transfer of sand, steel shot, and other abrasive materials seen in building maintenance, restoration, or the cleaning and finishing of metal parts, stone, or glass. It is a kink resistant sandblast hose.
