Introduction
Gzd vibrating feeder consists of vibration frame, vibrating motor, spring, support base and wearable linear. It conveys the bulk or granular material from the hopper to the receiving device evenly, timely and continuously. It can feed the material for the belt conveyor, bucket elevator, crushing machine and screening machine. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building, chemical industry, mechanical, light industry, food, etc.
Functional principle
Gzd vibrating feeder uses double vibrating motor drives the exciter to make the feeding hopper do reciprocating linear motion along slant direction. When the acceleration vertical component of vibrating feeder hopper is more than acceleration of gravity, the material in the hopper is tossed and jump as the parabolic path. The tossing and falling of the material is finished instantly to achieve the feeding.
