2.Soft, light-weighted, and flexible- 60% less weight than ordinary material

3.Good noise reduction, thermal insulation, water-proof;Shock absorption;

4.High temperature resistance-- It is suitable for application process with thermal stability up to 150 �ºC

5.Good weather resistance and aging behavior

The good plasticity and the thermoformable and compression moulding features of IXPP foam make it available to combine with non-woven fabrics, velvet, knitted fabric, leather, fibrofelts, PP board, PU board, PS board, glass fiber board by hot melt gum, compressing moulding, lamination or casting method to foam automobile interiors, the whole process is non-pollution.
