Description:- It is a specially formulated polyurethane putty to be used as levelling coat on Metallic and Non Metallic Surfaces.It is easily applicable and has excellent filling properties, it does not crack on ageing & has good adhesion to various substrates like Tiles, Metals, Concrete, Plastics etc. It Provides an excellent base for further painting.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:-

Application: Putty Knife.
Pot Life: 60 Minutes.
Drying Time: Touch Dry : 1 û 2 Hours.

Adhesive: These laminates are easy to apply with the standard laminating system, including most of the conventional water and solvent-based adhesives normally used with plastic laminates. We do not recommend the use of heat-activated adhesives.

Lamination: Proper substrates must be used and careful bonding procedures must be observed. Substrate should be of good quality plywood, PVC Board high-density particle
board,or high-quality fiber board. The face of the substrate must be smooth and free of grease, wax, dust, chips, and other foreign matter. We do not recommend any kind of coat like PU base, melamine, lamination(wax) on our products.

Cutting & Machining: These laminates can be cut by using a sharp diamond blade cutter only. We recommend the use of the smooth file to feather all corner edges.

Maintenance: Any cleaning agent containing acids, alkalis or abrasives should not be used to clean the laminate. Exposure to sunlight should be avoided.

This dynamic vulcanization process in TPV production generates the webbed network in the elastomer domain while still retaining melt- processing capabilities. Because of its thermoplasticity and melt flowability, TPV can be processed on standard thermoplastic equipments (such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, calendaring, overmolding etc.) with the efficiency and economy associated with thermoplastic materials. Further, the scrap from these processes can be recycled.
