6. What is difference of electric galvanized and hot dip galvanized ?

Electric galvanized: surface smooth, bright, zinc coating: 20-30g/ m2. In the humid environment, it is easy rust, but after the rust does not affect use, life span: 15 years
Hot dip galvanized: surface zinc is thick, can reach about 500g/m2, it has the corrosion resistance of high strength. The surface have zinc knot, not smooth, life span: 25 years
Most nigeria customers need hot dip galvanized cages due to the raining wet weather.

A.Description

1 Frame

High humidity and more ammonia can easily lead to some of the facilities corrosion. So we use galvanized H beam for columns and beams. We also use galvanized C beam for purlin. The galvanized frame can protect from being corroded thus can extend the life of the structure. Poultry shed in coastal city demand building have good wind resistance. We can design by the advanced software.

2 Panel

Depending on the climate in different regions, you can choose veneer or insulation composite panel. The plates have a variety of options colors. The board of tile can have a wide selection. Sandwich panels have EPS, glass fiber, rock wool. The panel can be heat insulation and prevent rust and corrosion. If you don't want to use the panel, you can use the wire mesh for wall. In hot or cold areas, we recommend to use composite panels, thermal insulation and heat insulation. Of course, the veneer price will be lower.

3 Height

Generally, if the poultry farm is free range farming, the height is 2m-3.5m. If it is cage farming, the height should be determined according to the number of cage layers.

4 Production time, installation time

The cage can use from baby chickens; it put 48 birds in top floor. 24 birds per cell.

Feature:
Raising broilers in the cages is another type of broiler housing system, but yet it is not commonly used. Raising broilers in cage system has many advantages when compared to raising broilers on the floor.

The first obvious advantage is the better utilization of space available and that is important especially when the lands are expensive. In addition, using cage to raise broilers provide better hygienic condition that could lead to improving the health and quality of broilers.

However, it is not known whether or not different broiler breeds will behave similarly when are raised in cage versus floor. Therefore, the current study was conducted to compare the production performance as well as per cent carcass of broilers raised in the cage system with broilers raised on the floor.
