The labeling part also includes labeling head, nose angle adjusting part, conveyor line, case, electricity-control part and operating part.
Technical analysis
When labeling, if the upper and the lower of the bottle are glued at the same time, the label may be wrinkled a little. To make the labeling beautiful, firstly to glue the body label well and then the bottle cap label. So this machine works includes several procedures:
At first, when the bottles enter, divide the bottles and keep some distance between bottles.
Second, as the bottle has taper, so the labeling head should made to be adjusted, thus the label horizontal position can be in order.
Third, when labeling the bottle, the bottle has to be stopped for positioning. That why it needs positioning part.
Forth,after the body label is glued well, let the gluing part fit the bottle cap label well.
