JHG silk-screen printed glass is one kind of decorative glass made by printing layer of ceramic ink on the surface of glass through the screen mesh for tempering or heat-strengthening process after. 1.� Glass items:� consists of hard or soft low E glass ,reflective glass ,clear glass ,tinted glass, with types of flat tempered ,bent ,laminated processing ,according to the application

2.� Spacer bar :is the material used to separate the two glass lites in an IGU. It can be made by aluminum,stainless steel,hybrid ,plastic material .



The spacer width usually from 6mm-18mm.

Laminated glass is one kind of safety glass, and when glass breakage, glass fragments adhering to the interlayer, it can be against forced entry, and avoid fragment damage.

Sentryglas plus (SGP ) laminated glass ,0.89mm/1.52mm/2.28mm

Stronger Performance : SGP glass is five times harder than PVB laminated glass, SGP film can let glass keep the shape ,without fall down.�  SGP is suitable to use in stairs, flooring and overhead glazing, laminated glass , with outstanding post-breakage resistance to creep and collapse.

 

Higher Transparence:� SGP film yellow index is only 10-25% of clear PVB ,it is best choice for low iron laminated glass process.

 

Flexible UV option : SGP is good at both UV transmitting option and as traditional UV blocking interlayer. ,it can be made in a specialty, high-UV transmittance sheet, extremely useful when designing controlled environments for many life species .
