FAL aluminum honeycomb panel is a new kind of aluminum composite panel and we adopt advanced continuous high-temperature compounding technology instead of traditional handmade producing method to produce this product.

The surface of the FAL aluminum honeycomb panel is made of aluminum alloy sheets roller coated with PVDF while in the middle is an aluminum honeycomb which meets the international standards.

The structural honeycomb core provides strength and consistent rigidity at a very low density; when bonded to similarly lightweight facings. Every honeycomb cell wall acts like the web of an I-Beam, forming an extremely strong and rigid lightweight composite panel.

It is all made of aluminum which makes it extremely light in weight and environmentally friendly. And it is an ideal material for a most of applications in architecture, transport, display or industrial production.

The unique sealing installation system looks graceful in shape. Besides, it can effectively avoid the reduction of the lifetime of the sealing glues due to the direct radiation. Furthermore, the lower installation requirements will allow the panels to be installed on various keels.
7.Excellent productive capability irregular panels such as arc-shaped, folded and trapezoid panels will be designed and produced as per the special designing requirements. The non-plane irregular panels including arc shape, L-shape, U-shape are formed in one mould.
8.No color difference: The same lot roller-coated aluminum sheets are to be used for one project. Meanwhile the reasonable interior wall and ceiling installation will ensure each panel sheet to be easily and separately dismantled for maintenance service.

Aluminum panel for construction cladding and curtain wall is made from high quality Aluminum alloy supplied by world famous big enterprises. The surface is coated with fluorocarbon (PVDF) paint made by PPG from USA or Akzon from the Netherlands

The Aluminum panel is composed of aluminum plate, reinforcement bars and installing racks etc.Custom thickness of panel is 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and the standard dimension is 1220x2440 (mm).

The fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating has excellent corrosion and environment resistances, it can prevent ultraviolet (UV) and protect color of panel from discoloring and pulverizing. The fluorocarbon paint we're using is supplied by PPG, DuPont, Akzon, Nippon etc.
