1) Prices Ex-factory.
2) Transportation charges as applicable.
3) Goods once sold will not be taken back.
4) All disputes are subject to New Delhi Jurisdiction.
5) Interest @ 24% will be charged if bill not paid as payment terms.
6) Our responsibility ceases as soon as the good leaves our premises.
