R407C Applications
R407C is a zeotropic blend composed of difluoromethane (R32), pentafluoroethane (R125), and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane (R134a). Each component serves a specific function:

R32 provides heat capacity.
R125 reduces flammability.
R134a lowers operating pressure.
R407C is recognized as a long-term replacement for R22, sharing similar performance characteristics. It is widely used in air conditioning systems and non-centrifugal refrigeration systems for medium and high temperature applications, making it an ideal solution in a variety of HVAC setups.

The gas industry relies heavily on cylinders to store and transport gases. Because the cylinders are packed with gases under high pressure, they can be volatile. So they must be tough enough to withstand rough handling during transportation to prevent accidents. SIL’s high-pressure industrial gases cylinders – for oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, helium, air etc – are designed to withstand such rough handling. For one, they are made of high-quality seamless steel tubes using state-of-the-art CNC machines. What’s more, we adhere to the most stringent regulations — both national and international — while manufacturing them. Cylinders for the domestic market are produced as per IS-7285, certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI) and approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Government of India. And there’s a range of products to meet every need, whether small or large. We provide cylinders with water capacities that range between one liter and 280 liters, and also supply the size you need on request. Because we are flexible enough to meet any specification, many countries have approved the use of Sarju cylinders.


This product has advantages of big diameter, large volume, light weight and high security and is widely used in various industries like chemical, metallurgy, steel making and many industries store and transport gases like oxygen, hydrogen, argon, helium, nitrogen.

Quality & Safety
1. We have established the quality guarantee system according to the Requirements for Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Licensing of China and obtained the certificate issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the P.R.C (AQSIQ), qualified to manufacture B1 and B3 grade pressure vessels.

2. Each new type of cylinders has to pass type tests held in qualified laboratories approved by third party inspector (TUV, CSEI for example) before mass production, including bend test, drop test, hydrostatic test, etc. according to relevant standards.

3. Every batch of cylinders (200 pieces as one batch normally) are manufactured and tested under supervision of local special equipment inspection and research institute and then issued batch test report.

4. Each finished cylinder has to pass leakage test before delivery to customers to ensure no leakage occurs.
