The product was powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high performance of water-reducing and slump retention It has the benefits as follow:
1. High water reducing rate could achieve 25% above, under the conditions of mixing the concrete with the same ratio of the water, the product could improve fluidity greatly.
2. Liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer is available by diluting the product with just water.
3. The index of performance for this product is the same with the index of pumping agent.
4. It is convenient during use & can meet the requirement of building plants in remote area by mixing the product with water.
5. The product has the features of uniforms particles, lower moisture content, excellent solubility, high range water reducing, high slump retention and so on.

MAIN PERFORMANCE:-
1. High water reducing rate: It could achieve 25% above, under the conditions of mixing the concrete with the same ratio of the water, the product could improve fluidity greatly.
2. High slump retention performance: Normally carboxylic groups is damaged of ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer by the high temperature during dry spray process, this product takes the special process so protect the carboxylic groups and achieve the excellent slump retention ability.
3. Excellent solubility and fast solvability: Due to uniform particles, the specific area is larger, so the product is dissolved quickly in the water then no impurity after dissolving
DOSAGE
0.2~0.3% of the aggregate material, it is instead of liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizer after dissolving the dosage after dissolving reference to the actual solid content of dissolving liquid.

DEIPA is new and green material of grinding aid with good grinding effect.DEIPA has good compatibility with alcohols,amine,lipid material such as TEA and TIPA. It can use separately or compatibility with other materials when producing girding aid.
Obviously improved initial strength and long-term strength.The grinding aid can improve 3days strength,also 28days strength. In practical usage,the initial strength improved more than TEA.The long-term strength improved more than TIPA.
