Endo keeper(wound retractor) is the channel to take out the specimen and fix incision and open it. Also wound retractor protects from the contamination and infection.

1) Make a 2.5 cm incision on the navel area.
2) Squeeze the inner ring.
3) Insert the inner ring into the incision.
4) Adjust the outer ring to install the inner ring inside the abdominal wall.
5) Roll up the Urethane wound retractor and fix the outer ring according to abdomen thickness
6) Connect the valve connector to inject CO2 gas.
7) Insert surgical instruments and endoscope through port cap.
8) Remove the Endo Keeper by pulling the removal ring.
