-Operates hydraulically independent from any external power sources and controls high and low levels in a storage tank by utilizing the line static and dynamic pressure.

-The incorporation of a control shaft in the valve bonnet allows the rate of flow through the valve to be set a pre-determined flow and also acts as a mechanical shut off feature.

-Closing speed of the valve can be controlled by an integral needle valve on the valve bonnet.

-The valve is easy to maintain and install due to its simple design.

Principle

Electric steering system is equl with the power steering system equipped a solenoid valve.

It is the system which steers with solenoid valve by comparing resistance values of electric handle and rudder angle sensor

It consists of a cylinder and a pump, an solenoid valve and a electric handle.

The cylinder makes the rudder move and the pump supplies the oil to the cylinder. Handle is to swap the direction of hydraulic pressure

Function of the incorporated valve
Inlet safety valve: Limits maximum pressure drop across the PSU to protect the steering circuit.
Cylinder port shock valve: Protects hoses against pressure surge created by ground forces on the cylinder axle.
Anti- cavitation valve: Protects steering circuit against vacuum (cavitation) conditions.
Inlet check valve: Prevents oil from returning through the PSU when pressure on the cylinder side is greater than the inlet side. It prevents steering wheel kick.
Internal check valve: Converts the PSU to a hand operated pump for limited manual steering.
