Lake series mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solids particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids.

It is composed of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, motor base and blade. The motor and speed reducer, speed reducer and impeller shaft are connected by steel coupling. The impeller is welded with four blades.

It can be used used for solid-phase separation in drilling fluid circulating system.

A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we donâ??t have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.

Mud Agitator is also called Mud Tank Agitator and widely used in the mud solids control system. It is installated in slurry storage tanks or mud tank and to prevent drilling fluid solid Particles deposited in the mud tank. Mud Agitator is used in mud systems to suspend solids and maintain homogeneous mixture throughout the system. A mechanical agitator is driven by an explosion-proof motor,coupled to a gear box that drives the impeller shaft. The impellers (turbines) transform mechanical power into fluid circulation or agitation. The objective is to obtain a uniform suspension of all solids.

Jet mud mixer is a specialized solids control equipment used for configuring and aggravating drilling fluid , thus change the density , viscosity and pH of drilling fluid.

API Drilling Chinese Downhole Drilling Mud Motor is a kind of downhole drilling tool powered by mud. The mud from mud pump enters motor by way of bypass valve, and a pressure drop between motor inlet and outlet created, such pressure drop will drive the motor rotator to rotate, and transmit the torque and rotary speed to bit by universal shaft and transmission shaft. The downhole motor property mainly depends upon its property parameters. This product uses the high and new technology of coating to avoid coating off of rotors resulted from the traditional technology. Its strength and life are greatly improved. It is applicable to directional drilling horizontal drilling, composite drilling, cluster wells, sidetrack wells and well workover etc.

The desander with underflow shaker is also called mini desander cleaner which is applicable for both weighted and unweighted drilling mud, while traditional desander no underflow vibrating screen only for unweighted drilling fluids. And comparing with large size desander and desilter assembly, the mini desander is cost-effective. For compact mud system used in HDD, CBM, water well drilling and mining project, mini desilter is an ideal choice.
