Main features

-- It adopts efficient screw and notched barrel, the inner and outer walls are separately extruded by two extruders for using different materials and ensuring efficient extruding.

-- A high speed of production can be ensured by the corrugated forming system and forced cooling system combined with water and air cooling during constant production. The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision and stable quality.

-- The advanced inline double wall belling function can reach or exceed the requirement of the state standard, completely solving disadvantages of the pipe's creep and leakage of sealing in sockets.

Extruder: High speed, high efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE material, grooved barrel, equipped with the lower noise fan, high speed and hard gear reducer. The inner and outer layers of the corrugated pipe are independently fed material by two extruders. It can make the inner and outer layers produce different material and guarantee high efficiency extruding.
Die head: The extrusion die head has two channel structure, nitriding and polishing handling, special designed mouth molds, suitable for different material and different ring stiffness pipe production. The special molds structure assures the inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator : Corrugator is adopted horizontal structure with shuttle type transmission, equipped with advanced water cooling system and vacuum forming system. It greatly increases the production speed. Special belling on line function decreases investment cost and improves production efficiency. Reducing quantity of mold blocks can reduce investment cost and energy consumption. Mold blocks adopt Siemens servo motor drive and advanced self-lubrication system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability.
Mold blocks: They are corrugated forming molds which are formed by special aluminum alloy material through precision casting. They have high precision and strength, and excellent heat dissipation.
Cutting machine: High-strength alloy steel blade, Rotary cutting, smooth pipe incision, dustless cutting. The tracking device makes the cutting location precision. Germany Siemens professional PLC programmed controlling system makes operation easy and sensitive.
Control system: It adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, 15 "large color touch screen human-machine interface, high automation, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.

Double-wall corrugated pipe extrusion line that we successfully developed is including twin-screw extruder, special forming mould, forming machine, planetary cutting unit and pilling up unit. It can realize online belling according to the requirement of user.



Export packaging.

Extruder: It has high speed high efficiency screw, hard gear surface, FUJI invertor. This structure assures the material evenly heating, good plasticization and the extruding speed and efficiency.
Corrugator: Close structure. Mold blocks through the gear transmission. Mold plate has water flowing to get cooling efficiency. The pipe cooling type is wind. This structure ensures high speed production and cooling. It can produce inner and outer layer smooth and corrugation uniformity pipe one time matching the corresponding molds.
Mold block: The design of structure is reasonable, wind cooling and replacement of the module is convenient and reliable.
Winding machine: Torque motor, single/double station winder.

Extruder: HDPE/MDPE pipe extrusion line adopts high speed and efficiency of single screw extruder.The screw has barrier unit, special material mixing components and new style of barrel grooves. The extruder is equipped with low noise fan, ceramic heating ring, high speed hard gear reducer; full-automatic vacuum loader. This configuration assures good plasticization and mixing effect. It also assures high speed, stable production and great output.
Pipe Marking Line: It is extruded by single screw extruder SJ30/25 through the composited extrusion die.
Die Head: The material of the die head is high quality 40Cr. It is the most advanced spiral or lattice die head in the world, which assures stable extrusion in the production process. In order to fit the performance of PE material and assure the stability of pipe diameter and roundness when producing thick-wall pipe with high speed, we adopt water film lubricating and water (or oil) circulation cooling.
Vacuum Calibrating Water Tank: The body is made of high hardness and good quality stainless steel board. It has advanced water circulation and high pressure cooling system, vacuum adjusting equipment and accurate water temperature and water level automatic controlling system. The accurate bronze calibrating sleeve ensures cooling speed and molding pipe. It can be three-dimension adjusted up & down and left & right.
Water Spray Cooling Tank: The body is made of stainless steel and the ductcoat is transparent soft PVC curtain. Stainless steel float adjusts water level and electricity controls water temperature. The nozzle material is ABS engineering plastic. The frame of the machine can be adjustable up and down. There is roller in the tank.
Haul-off Machine: We can offer two tracks, three tracks, four tracks, five tracks and six tracks Haul-off machine according to different diameter and wall thickness of the pipe. It adopts frequency conversion. Every traction frame transfers with chain which ensures every track moving simultaneously. It is pneumatic and mechanical combination clamping. The bearing has special structure which can effectively reduce the installation error.
Cutting Machine: It is automatic dustless cutting machine. Smooth cutting section, synchronous frequency conversion drive, high accuracy and low noise. Large diameter pipe uses full-automatic planetary cutting machine. It is synchronization with the whole production line. The flexibility adjustment for the blade place and cutting depth assures cutting machine reliability.
Control System: We can offer SIEMENS PLC controlling system which is intelligent controlling system. Also we can offer ordinary controlling system which use SIEMENS electrical parts, Omron temperature controller. Intelligent control makes the operation simpler.

Die Head: It adopts spiral type special structure design, small volume, and clean flow. This structure can effectively eliminate internal stress of corrugated pipe, remove the weld pipe vestige, and make the corrugated pipe inner and outer layer wall thickness even and forming stability.
Corrugator: Corrugator adopts chain type transmission, equipped with open water cooling system. It greatly increases the production speed. Mold Blocks moving adopts advanced synchronous upper and lower mechanical drive system. It assures moving accuracy and plastic pipe quality stability. Advanced self-lubricating system makes the forming molds and mold plates abrasions minimize and greatly extend the service life.

Control System: This production line adopts SIEMENS PLC control system, color touch screen human-machine interface, reliable running, easy operation, remote communication function which can realize remote fault diagnosis and rule out the possibility.
