E glass chopped strand mat is made from e-glass chopped strands around 50mm in length, bonded together by powder or emulsion binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent.

Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat is made by chopping continuous strands into unit length chopped strands which to be spread out randomly and evenly, then bonding them together with powder or emulsion binder. Chopped Strand Mat is characterized by good combination of resin, easy operation, good wet strength retention, good laminate transparency and low cost.
It is used primarily for hand lay-up process, filament winding process and press molding of FRP products. It is suitable for the application by hand lay-up FRP molding, such as, various sheets and panels, boat hulls, boat tubs, cooling towers, corrosion resistant, vehicles, etc.
Normal width is 1040mm/1270mm, but also can produce it according to your requirements.
