Cathodic Arc PVD Coater adopts a method of arc discharge to evaporate directly metal from solid cathode targets and the evaporated material is ions from cathode substance released from the cathode arc glow, thereby deposit films on the surface of the substrate.

This equipment is designed to use advanced plasma technology, combining technique of electric arc discharging with magnetron sputtering coating technique by reactive coating method, for achievement of imitation of golden film, gold saturated film as well as other superior decorating films.

Eaf is mainly used for smelting high-quality carbon steel and other alloy steel. According to different power, is divided into ordinary power, high-power and ultra-high-power electric arc furnace. 10t capacity eaf and above are all equipped with the hydraulic drive and hydraulic lifting system is imported electrode proportional valve control.

In the arc spray process pair of electrically conductive wires are melted by means of an electric arc. The molten material is atomised by compressed air and propelled towards the substrate surface. The impacting molten particles on the substrate rapidly solidify to form a coating.

This equipment is multi arc ion coating equipment. Multi arc ion plating uses gas discharge or partial dissociation of evaporated materials to deposit evaporated or reactive materials on the substrate at the same time of bombardment by gas ions or particles of evaporated materials. The equipment is equipped with two multi arc targets, which are arranged on both sides of the cavity. With the planetary sample table, the coating efficiency can be effectively improved and the film forming effect can be improved.

Features:

The thermal spraying equipment is used mainly in repairing wear and tear of the coating surface for tower, poles, bridges, water gates, ship structure, large-scale and long-lasting anti-corrosion paper dryer, printing rollers, crankshaft , capacitance, electrode coating of electrical porcelain industry, etc.



Brief of thermal spraying:

The hot spraying process is heating spray materials(wire stock or power stock)with certain kind of heat source to make the material being heated form particles in the state of melted or semi-melted. Then these particles shall shock and settle on the surface or the basal body with certain speed with compressed air as its power, and form a spray coating with certain characteristics. According to heat source to be provided, such hot spraying can be done by combustion method and electro thermal process. The former includes combustion flame spraying ,explosive spraying and high viscosity flame spraying and the latter includes arc spraying and plasma spraying(can be further subdivided into normal pressure plasma spraying and water stable plasma spraying). For spraying process, both the spraying temperature (strictly speaking, it's the temperature of the melted drop that shock the surface of the basal body)and the velocity of the melted drop that shock the surface of the basal body shall produce a vital impact on the coating.

SHLIANGSHI hot spraying system is typically applicable to large area long acting corrosion resistance of structural members such as iron tower, lamp post, bridge, sluice gate and watercraft, and spray repair of damaged surface of work piece such as drying cylinder, printing roll and crankshaft. In addition, it is applicable to electrode spraying in capacitor and electric ceramics industries.
