The advance technology of GAJJAR allow introduction of the pre-processed cold RAP (Reclaimed asphalt pavement) material directly into the asphalt plant pug-mill mixer up to 30%.

Introduction:
1. Batch mixing plant incorporates both the batch drying drum and double-horizontal-shaft mixinger, in order to ensure that mixinging is done thoroughly.
2. Its mobile classis structure facilitates its ease of transportation and installation.
3. This kind of mobile asphalt mixinging plant is controlled by PLC. Automatic operation and manual operation can easily be inter-switched.
4. Coal and oil can both be used in the burner.
5. It has a simple structure and is easy to operate. If the drum rotates in counter-clockwise direction, it performs the drying function and if the drum rotates in clockwise direction, it performs the discharging function. The wind is swirled at the center of the drum.

Asphalt Plant Equipment Features
Cold feeding bunkers store the materials of different sizes and transfer them to the system according to the product recipe. It is the feeding equipment of asphalt plant.

Cold Feed Bunker Features
TTC asphalt plants have functional design with cold feed bunkers, bolted parts. Easy to install.
Thanks to the cold feeding bunkers, high strength silo body and twisted body, no deformation occurs under load.

Dryer Features
