Remark These machines are applied to produce dobule points bamboo toothpicks.And bamboo toothpicks usually specifications for the diameter of 2.0 mm, length of 65 mm.
1. The process: the original bamboo - material taking and sawing - cut into sticks - Fixing width double sided trimmer -Bamboo filament - bleaching - drying - cut to length - polishing - finishing - nib - packaging.
2.The assembly is made from the 10 machines listed above,which produce doulble nibs toothpick.The capacity is 800 thousand pieces per hour,about 100kgs.There will be 4-6 people to operate the machines.And the 380V commercial powder is available.The capacity can drive to 1600 thousand pieces when you add an extra toothpick sharpening machine.
3.Please replace the No.9 machine to get the toothpicks with a pointed head and a hand-cut head.As mentioned above,10 machines made up one assembly of which capacity is 600 thousand pieces per hour and can be twice as much when add an extra No.9 machine.
4.Generally,100 kilograms of fresh bamboo (wet) can produce the diameter of 2.0 mm, length of 65 mm of toothpicks 100-130 thousnd cigarettes, about drying product toothpick 13 -- 16 kilograms.
