Small diesel generator set is a diesel-fuelled internal combustion engine driven alternator small power generation equipment, power range is usually between 7-30kW, by the diesel engine, generator, control box and fuel tanks and other core components, suitable for emergency power supply or mobile scene.
The units are usually air-cooled, and some models are equipped with water-cooled cooling structure to improve efficiency, and the silent design can control the noise at 65-73dB. The structure integrates shock-absorbing spring base, universal wheels and handles to support mobile deployment. Standard features include voltage/current monitoring, battery starter, and optional ATS automatic switching and remote start. Technical improvements include a spiral tube cooling system with a ventilated electric fan for synergistic cooling, as well as multiple protection mechanisms such as low fuel consumption (205g/kw.h) and automatic voltage regulation [1].
Manual start/stop mode - Electronic control panel selects manual mode, one key to start, one key to stop.
Automatic start-stop mode - electronic control panel AUTO one-key automation; utility power outage automatic start,
utility power incoming automatic shutdown.
Emergency stop mode - The unit is equipped with an external emergency stop button safety device, realising one-key stop in emergency.
Backup Start Mode - Car type key ignition start.
Note: To avoid the failure of the electronic control panel to start the unit
and add the standby type double insurance start, in the emergency power outage needs
to use the generator set is more secure!
