The Sake bottle is inserted into the Sake bottle fixture on top of the machine which allows the Sake to flow into the Sake Warming System immersed in the hot water tank, thus warming the sake to the desired temperature. The nozzle has several functions and can be manually operated to shut OFF or turn ON the flow of warm Sake. The warm Sake can also be automatically controlled to shut OFF when the sake cup or bottle is full.
