I . Introduction
This power inverter series is a member of the most advanced line of mobile AC power system available. This design combines the advantages of top class inverters in the world global market and adopts latest American low frequency circuit design. The features are high conversion efficiency, high performance and lowest consumption. The models range from 1000W-6000W.


II . Application:
It supplies reliable pure sine wave power for various loads in various fields.
This design is special for using in solar & wind system with excellent conversion efficiency.
Application loads: various loads such as resistive load, inductive load, motors and rectifier load, like team ship, truck, industrial equipment, air conditioning, television, cash register, refrigerator, computer, electric power tool etc.

III. Production Functions:
1. DC/AC Conversion Function:
With advanced conversion technologies, the machine owns strong overload ability, high conversion efficiency. It is suitable for high demand industry, such as manufacture, energy industry and so on.

2. High-power Intelligent charging function:
1). It can charge for all kinds of batteries. For more details please check the parameter of the product.
Remarks: standard matched battery is free maintenance lead-acid battery. If lithium battery, we need to reset the parameter of the inverter according to the specification of customers' battery.
2). The maximum charge current for DC 12V input is 40A, for DC 24V/48V is 70A.It can be adjusted by the users.

The charging process can be divided into three stages.
Stage I: With largest constant current charging, this can improve the backup power.
Stage II: Constant voltage charging to charge batteries gradually, then there is enough time for batteries to absorb energy .Therefore, battery electrodes are protected and battery overcharge can be avoided.
Stage III: When the batteries are fully charged, the output of inverter will turn into float voltage to maintain full power state of batteries for a long time. Meantime, it would auto detect the battery power, and stop working for saving electricity after finished charging.

2. UPS Function:
When this inverter connected with batteries and utility, it is made up of UPS system, which can make sure the loads keep working after the utility cut off suddenly.
Step 1: When utility power is available, it will output directly after stabilizing voltage and charge batteries simultaneously.
Step 2: When utility power cuts off, the system will convert DC power to AC power automatically to ensure uninterrupted power supply within 4ms.
Step 3: When utility power comes back, the system will turn into utility power supply automatically and charge batteries simultaneously.

3. Sleep Function:
No load power is between 1W-6W when on sleep mode and only the chip works. This inverter will automatically loop detection under the sleep mode, when the connected loads power more than 30W, the system will automatically start to work and turn into normal mode within 20S for providing power to the loads; when the loads power less than 30W, the machine will back to sleep mode automatically within 20S.This can largely reduce the waste of electricity .It is a special design for saving energy.

Charging specification
Rule Three stages:
Constant current charging:( Constant current stage) constant voltage charging (constant voltage stage) float charging (constant voltage stage)
Charging stages Change Constant current charging Phase: When connected AC input, the charger will works with maximum constant current until constant voltage stage.
Software timer calculates from the beginning of AC power, till it reached the constant voltage 0.3V, and then mark the timing as T0, T0 10 = T1 .
Constant voltage charging Phase: Starting from T1,charger will keep constant voltage mode until the timer finished. And then slow to float voltage. The minimum limited of timer is 1 hour, the maximum is 12 hours.
