Technology process
1. Connect the alloy drill and anchor rod one end, on the other end, connect the drill sleeve and shank adapter , then connect the drilling rig or hand-held drill. Then start drilling, fill the cooling water while drilling.( if you want to lengthen the anchor rod, can connect the coupling, and then drilling)
2. Take down the drill, put the stop-grouting plug into the rod, and insert it to the hole, then ready to grout. Special circumstances like surrounding rock grouting tension is over or surrounding rock is too broken, can use anchor agent to seal the hole.
3. Connect quick grouting coupling and anchor rod end, connect other end of grouting machine.
4. Start grouting, when grouting full and reach design value then power off . Grouting pressure according to the design parameters and grouting machine performance determine , cement/sand reference values is 1:0 ~ 1:1, water/cement reference value is 0.45:1 ~ 0.5:1.
5. Install anchor plate and nuts, and tighten nuts.

1.Self-drilling anchor bolt has two performance: drilling and grouting. It features a hollow bore for flushing, or simultaneous drilling and grouting.
2.The self-drilling anchor bolt is reliable, efficient and convenient, which makes high piling output possible.
3.Sinorock corrosion protection system:
A:hot-dip galvanizing corrosion protection. We can do it according to en iso1461.
B:duplex coat system: duplex coat=hot-dip galvanizing+epoxy powder coating.

Tightlok cable bolt is made of steel strand, and has perfect support capacity. Usually be used in the area where common grouted support is vacant or inadequate, and especially good for permanent ground support with some resin cartridge .

Features:
1. Has incomparable flexible capacity and anti-shearing capacity.
2. Available in two different diameters with both black and galvanized.
3. Usually packed into roll to save working space, especially in confined areas.
4. Can use the conventional bolting equipment.
5. Specially designed birdcage system can greatly improve the resin mixing and anchorage result.
6. Plain or bulbed options available, bulbs available at either 0.5m or 1m spacing.
7. Fish hooks fitted to cables for retention in holes prior to grouting.
8. Usually matched with Washer, Grip(Barrel & Wedge) and Dome Plate.

(1) roll-formed from high strength steel band with one end tapered tip for easy insertion into a drill hole, the other end has a welded ring for holding the bearing plate.

(2) provideimmediate ground support in radial and axial direction. Be good for immediate ground support, but not suitable for very soft strata and permanent support.

(3) fast and easy installation with hand held or mechanized bolting equipment.
(4) no cement grout and resin cartridge needed.
(5) available with both black and galvanized.
