Model PZ-9 mud pump is a horizontal triplex single acting piston pump which has the advanced structure and small in size. It has the reliable performance, good exchangeability, easy maintenance.
The pump consists of two main sections: power end & fluid end. Power end includes pump case pinion shaft, crankshaft, back cover, connection rod, crosshead etc.
Fluid end includes valve pot assembly, valves, cylinder liners, pistons, discharge manifold and suction manifold, etc.
In order to prevent the water-hammer and reduce pressure difference in the outlet side,there fixed a discharge pulsation dampener in the discharged manifold of the pump.
In order to prevent the over-pressure, there fixed a shear safty valve in the outlet side of the pump.
The gears, bearings, crosshead in the power end adopt splash system and pressure lubrication system. This guarantees a good lubrication.
The cylinder liners & the pistons in the fluid end is cleaned and cooled by a centrifugal spray pump with lubrication water.
This pump has a complete set of special tools for general maintenance & repair.

Lakes mono-metal liner has its inner bore quenched with the carburized layer thickness as 1.5 to 1.8mm to achieve hardness of 58 to 60 HRC. The liner features high hardness, great corrosion resistance, no deformation and high surface finish. It can be applied on Gardner Denver duplex pumps such as FY-FXD7-1/2X10 series, FC-FXX5X8 series, FD-FXX5X10 series and FG-FXG5X6 series, etc.
The outer sleeve of Rundongs bi-metal liner is made of forged carbon steel and features great wear resistance, while the inner sleeve is made of high-chromium alloy cast iron and features great resistance to wear and corrosion. Through thermal treatment, the inner sleeve reaches hardness of 61 to 64 HRC. In general, the service life of our bi-metal liner is 800 hours. The liner has won a great reputation among many oil fields.
Our ceramic liner is made of toughening zirconium oxide with fracture toughness (K) ranging from 10 to 15 Mpa, which is about 10 times of that of traditional ceramics. In addition, the liners flexural strength() is ranging from 600 to 800 Mpa, the Weibull modulus is 18m and the elasticity modulus (E) is 200Gpa. The ceramic liner features excellent resistance to wear and corrosion. Its average service life is longer than 3,000 hours, which significantly reduces the cost of well drilling.
