Specification:
Silica Sol is a kind of colloidal solution, and it is odorless and non-toxic. The molecular formula is mSiO2£®nH2O. Since the colloidal particle is precision(10-20nm),with large specific surface areas, and the particle is colorless and transparent ,so it will not influence the viscosity of the mulch. Since where the water can penetrate, it can make it. So the dispersion and permeability are great when mixed with other materials. While the moisture is low, the colloidal particle attached to the surface of the products, and it is a kind of good adhesive agent since the particle can connect with silicon and oxide.

Use:
It can be used as all kinds of refractory materials binders and it is high temperature resistance with strong agglutinating power, (1500-1600oC. When used in coating industry,it can make the coating much stronger as well as sewage resistance and dust proof , aging resistance , fire resistance and so on. When used in precision casting of thin shelf, it can make the shelf much harder with high casting finishing. And quality of the shape is better than that of water glass,which can replace the ethyl silicate and reduce the cost and improve the operating conditions. Silicon dioxide pyroxene has large specific surface areas and it can be used for the making of catalyst and catalyst carriers, paper making, or used as cellophane anti-adhesive agent, the treatment agent for papers used for photos or, cement bag antiskid agent and so on. The products can still be used as the textile industry agent and used together with oily agent to treat wool , rabbit hair,which can improve the spinnability of ?wool , rabbit hair,and reduce decapitation and prevent of fly waste, improve the proportion of products and increase the profit. The products can be used as the silicon sheet steel treatment agent, kinescope dispersant and floor polish anti-slipping agent and so on.

Specification:

Silica Sol is the colloidal formed by silica namometer particle in water,and it is milkiness with blue-opalescent ,while the silica colloidal particle has high proportion of specific surface areas. The products can be widely used in precision casting, paper making, textile, and coating as the no organic adhesive agent or catalyst, anti-skidding agent and so on.

The traditional alkali silica and acid silica has been applied precision casting, paper making and, coating fields for years. Recently as the development of world¡¯s science and technology, there are more requirements for silicon dioxide pyroxene. In order to meet the needs of the clients, Qingdao Ocean Chemical Co., Ltd. has developed a series of new silicon dioxide pyroxenes.

Use:
JX Silicon dioxide pyroxene is a kind of silicon dioxide pyroxene with small particle. Besides the usual specification of alkali silicon dioxide pyroxene, the particle is rather small and the specific surface area is large. So compared to normal particle alkali silicon dioxide pyroxene in precision casting, the finishing is great and the size are precision and with special use in battery field.

JA Silicon dioxide pyroxene, is a kind of silicon dioxide pyroxene used as stabilizer agent which is made of ammonia. It is a kind of disadvantage for normal stabilizer agent sodium ion in the silicon dioxide pyroxene in high temperature, or with catalyst or used directly in catalyst,while the JA Silicon dioxide pyroxene can perform much better for the sodium ion has been removed from the normal silicon dioxide pyroxene.

ZA Silicon dioxide pyroxene is a kind of new specifications silicon dioxide pyroxene and the PH is in the middle. Compared to the standard alkali silicon dioxide pyroxene or acid silicon dioxide pyroxene, the ZA silicon dioxide pyroxene does not need the alkali or acid situation to keep its stability and the PH value needs no regulation. So it is practical in ZA silicon dioxide pyroxene,,especially in high temperature coatings of ceramic and catalyst,the specification is prior.

JK silicon dioxide pyroxene is a kind of fast drying silicon dioxide pyroxene, and when used in precision casting compared to the normal silicon dioxide pyroxene, the products need less drying time and the time can be 1/2-1/3 of the normal silicon dioxide pyroxene as well as the high temperature resistance is improved.
