This machine is for the first process order in the production of cap.
The sy-30b plastic bottle cap moulding machine can melt those studded plastic materials with high temperature and cut into the moulding hollows well-proportionedly, and then make into different types of caps. The caps made from this machine will not have any injected hole in the middle, so they looked quite smooth and nice.
The machine is computer-controlled so that makes sure both the mold and the plastic materials to be moderate , and thus ensure the stability and endurance for the equipment.
The characteristics include like easily operated, energy-saving and labor-cost saving. And the production capacity is triple than that of plastic-injected molding machines of the same power. This is a big step in the cap production industry.
