CNC Wire Bending Machine Working Principle:
The decoiler gives wire coiling as an input to the bending machine. [The machine cannot work effectively without a decoiler.] The capacity (loading weight) of the

decoiler is of 60Kg to 2000Kg. It then straightens using the straightener and the wire feeder with a roller. The user chooses the roller for the input wire diameter.

Then the wire guide achieves the bending formations with its 36 rotary. The wire guide provides multiple R angles. The bending tool comprises both inner and outer bendings which accomplish the difficult bends. Hence, the final part is cut using the cutting tool when the product bend over.

The servo motor and CNC programming unit ensure the machines working process. Auto Link builds CNC machines with custom language preferences. But then, the machines interfaced with both English and Chinese languages.
