Cone Ball Mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc, and the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material. Energy-saving Cone Ball Mill
This Cone Ball Mill changes the intrinsic grinding machine structure. Ball mill body and ground plank are an integral whole, so when fixing, ball mill can be lowered on a plane surface once only. Using double tiered roller axletree with centripetal spherical surface as the support of the host axletree can reduce energy cost by 30%. The intrinsic grille pattern forcing evacuation of ball mill is instead by overfall pattern controlling one. Ball mill can improve the milling of the granule and the capacity of the ball mill be increased by 15-20%.

Ball mill

Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder. The Ball Mill is used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the mine.2 It is widely used in building material, chemical industry, etc. There are two ways of grinding: the dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different expelling mine.

To use the Ball Mill, the material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours.

Quite simply, the longer the Ball Mill runs, the finer the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the material you're grinding is, and the time how long the Ball Mill runs. Functional process:

Load the material for grinding evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main frame. Due to the centrifugal force in rotation, the roller swings outward and presses closely upon the ring. The shovel carries the material to the space between the roller and ring. When the roller rolls, the material is thus ground.

After being ground, the material is to be routed to the sorter along the wind belt of the blower and the coarse powder will be put back to the mill for regrinding. The fine powder flows into the cyclone collector together with airflow and is expelled from the discharge pipe as final product.

In the grinding chamber, since the material may contain moisture to some extent, the heat generated during grinding makes the moisture evaporated; since the pipeline joints are not airtight, the external air is sucked in and the circulation air amount increases. In order to enable the mill to work under negative pressure, the increased airflow is guided to the deduster anew sequentially to the atmosphere after purification.
