The main manufacturing equipments in the resin sand production workshop are 2 5-ton dual-zone medium frequency furnaces, 2 20-ton sand processing line per hour, a 30-ton movable sand machine, a 20-ton fixed sand machine, 2 10-ton fixed sand machines, and automatic molding resin sand production line. It mainly produces machine tools, air blower, general-reduction box, and construction machinery, printing machinery, wind power industry and other types' castings.
Static-line manufacturing shop designs a annual production capacity of 50000-ton castings, primarily equipped with a 10-ton tri-zone medium frequency furnace, a fully automated static-line production line( size: 1300*920*350/300) and a automatic clean-up line. It mainly produces brake hub, wheel, etc.
The company is equipped with advanced detection appliances and devices. Casting materials are tested by Germany-made Spectro spectrum detection to comprehensively guarantee the reliability and stability of the material quality. Besides it owns also ultrasonic wave detection, magnetic powder inspection etc.
