Experienced engineers in OMSE can design any kind of steel solutions for substations. Besides, static calculations, foundation designs, manufacturing drawings and manufacturing cards can be prepared by the OMSE project team. Steel structures are produced in galvanized and / or painted form as lattice type column-beam support, A type welded column, welded support, H / I profile, or pipe / square profile welded support. All the products that have not been manufactured before, prototype installation and then prototype control are carried out by OMSE quality teams. After all the details have been examined If it is required, revisions are made, and serial manufacturing phase is initiated. If requested, our customers and end-user management authorities can participate in prototype inspections.

Our products; are manufactured in fully automatic CNC machines in accordance with international standards and customer specifications. After manufacturing, galvanizing is done and finally it is packed in accordance with the overseas transportation and delivered to the destination in any incoterm type requested by the customer. All manufacturing and shipment stages, including raw material acceptations, are controlled and reported by OMSE.

* Use of galvanized angle steel: widely used in power tower, communication tower, curtain wall materials, shelf construction, railway, highway protection, street lamp pole, marine components, building steel structure components, substation ancillary facilities, light industry, etc.
Hot dip galvanized angle steel is also called hot-dip galvanized angle steel or hot-dip galvanized angle steel. The cold galvanizing coating mainly ensures full contact between zinc powder and steel through electrochemical principle, and generates electrode potential difference to prevent corrosion. It is used to immerse the derusted angle steel in the molten zinc at about 500 â?? to make the angle steel surface adhere to the zinc layer, so as to prevent corrosion. It is suitable for various strong acid, alkali fog and other strong corrosion environments.
