Here our prime products is reinforced composite mat which combines 3 or 2-1 layer glass fiber with one or two layers of pp flow fiber. We also add 1layer polyester surfacing mat on the composite mat to form integrity glabrous mat. This new product is suitable for resin transfer moulding (RTM),Light RTM.
The series product is compound glass fiber mat design for the Infusion Vacuum (Especially for engine casing), It was combined with chopped mat, multi-axial(or woven roving),pp, and other flow layer base to customers different application condition. Which also be added one layer polyester surfacing mat, to form an mat more perfect and glabrous after process.
Multiaxial fabric is non-crimp, multi-axis,multi-layered reinforcements. Fabrics was be produced using this mat ( multiaxial fabrics),or combined with chopped mat. This product wet-out fast ,high mechanical strength and without chemical binders. Widely used in hand lay up process, RTM, Infusion etc.
Woven roving is a non-woven E glassfiber produced from roving especially designed for weaving. The Fabric was be produced using this mat, or combined with chopped mat , with the high strength, easy operation. Widely used in hand lay up process, RTM, Infusion etc
Roofing tissue is for the reinforcement and support of asphalt roof felts, membranes or shingles for both industrial and commercial buildings. Roofing tissue can overcome problems existing with paperfelt, such as low-temperature cracking, high-temperature melting, liable to aging, rotting and leaking.
