Automatic chenille needle stitch height adjustment
According to the embroidery design, can make 10 specifications of height of the chenille stitch manually or automatically, which can realize the different chenille embroidery effects.
Mixed embroidery function
Can make automatic change between flat heads & chenille heads during mixed embroidery design working process, make it easy to do mixed type embroidery job.

Main features & functions
Low noise:
Due to the high mechanization system inside the coiling heads, it ensures the machine running with high speed & low noise.
Alternate embroidery type heads change:
It enables to select pure flat embroidery or pure coiling heads embroidery automatically with high efficiency; choose the embroidery style easily as you will.
Independent zigzag device:
The sewing distance (1mm~16mm) can be set up by the operation panel through the independent zigzag device which can set up the suitable stitch length & speed for different coiling materials to ensure the high embroidery quality.
Select automatically:
Different embroidery stitch such as taping, flat, zigzag, cording etc. Can be set up by the operation panel.
Easy changing coiling feeding devices:
Different type of feeding device on the coiling heads can be changed easily by hand.
Adjustment of pin distance:
In the operation panel, the pin distance according to different coiling materials can be set up easily (max. 8mm); the lower dead point can be set up easily the same with the max. Distance of 3 mm.
Automatic stitch data creation of zigzag stitch:
The 6 types of zigzag stitches can be processed in flat embroidery stitch data, so it is easy to create zigzag stitch data.
