The use of shear load connectors and reinforcing barcouplers in the construction of sports stadiums has increased rapidly in recent times, as their benefits over other building methods have become more widely recognized.

"The use of reinforcing bar couplers can provide significant advantages over lapped joints. Design and construction of the can be simplified and the amount of reinforcement required can be reduced."
Concrete structures are normally designed with joint sat appropriate places to allow movement to take place. The design of these joints is important for the overall design to function correctly. In mostcases, dowelled joints, corbels and double columns can be replaced by joints incorporating shear connectors.

We manufacture Shear Connectors/Studs sizes starting from 9.5 mm to 25 mm Dia, in different lengths max 300mm. We are producing Shear Connectors as per following Standards:

3. JIS B1198.

Shear Connectors are available for welding to flat surfaces, inside angles and out side angles. Suitable ceramic ferrules will be supplied for above mentioned welding applications.
