Foam Masterbatch

Desiccant masterbatch, also known as defoaming or anti-foaming masterbatch, is a new high technology functional masterbatch, without toxic, contamination, or bad effect to property of plastic products, specially designed to remove the water, bubble and drawback in plastic products with pe, pp, pvc, abs, eva, ps and pa raw material.
Advantage:won not block the net(we are only one factory who can do that in china for now).

Rotofoam masterbatch based on Exothermic blowing agent. This blowing agent is properly dispersed in a polyolefinic resin along with some specialty chemicals which helps in creating a very fine cell structure in Rotomoulded LLDPE tanks. Since our Roto foam masterbatch is in pulverized form and hence there is saving in pulverization cost to our customer.

Recommended dosage : 30-80% of the weight of foamed /middle layer polymer or adjust it as per your requirement

Recommended processing

Temperature : 190- 230 degree centigrade.

Flame retardant masterbatch is produced by flame retardant hexabromocyclododecane with polystyrene as carrier after the plasticizing granulation,and the content of flame retardant can reach to 80%. Flame retardant masterbatch has excellent flame retardancy like powder products and also has the advantages of good dispersion, low adding quantity, easy for foaming and extrusion, stable production, and environmentally friendly,etc. It is applicable to various XPS production equipments, and it can well solve the problem of unstable feed especially for single screw equipments.
Characteristics:
1. Particle ship is neat, even, with no dust and has no pollutions to the equipment and environment which can ensure a continuous production of 12 hours with no stop.
2.Good dispersity:The flame retardant can distribute evenly in the XPS and can play itsall flame retardant efficiency.
3.The selection of imported heat stabilizer:Thermal decomposition temperature 240 all specifications of the flame retardant XPS masterbatch can reach the export standards.
4.It has low corrosivity, and it can prolong the service life of the screw and the screw barrel.
5.Under normal processing temperature,it is free from the discoloration of the flame ret-ardant HBCD.
