Knife Ring Flaker is one of the main equipments in the preparation workshop section of particle producing. It takes wood chips, bamboo chips, broken veneer as raw materials and cut them into particles of certain thickness(0.25-0.4 mm),which is the raw material of particleboard.
The machine is made up of machine base, rotor, impeller, magnetic separation, separation, weight separation, vibrating feeder, hydraulic system, and brake system, etc. In addition, it has some assist devices such as knife grinding adjustment devices.
After removing iron and non-ferrous impurities, the chips are delivered into the cutting chamber and are made into particles at the 60m / s cutting speed. The particle thickness is controlled by the outer knife. By reducing the length of the outer knife, the machine can be used for preparation of homogeneous particleboard wood shavings.
