'LL' Finned Tube

Manufactured in the same way as the 'L' fin type except that the fin foot is overlapped to completely enclose the base tube thereby giving excellent corrosion resistance. This type of tube is often used as an alternative to the more expensive extruded type fin in corrosive environments.

'KL' Finned Tube

Manufactured exactly as the 'L' fin except that the base tube is knurled before application of the fin foot. After application the fin foot is knurled into the corresponding knurling on the base tube thereby enhancing the bond between the fin and tube resulting in improved heat transfer characteristics.

'G' Embedded Finned Tube

Process: the extruded fin tube is bimetallic combined with integral aluminum fins on the outside surface. The base tube is inserted inside the aluminum tube and both tubes are passed through extrusion machine. The tight mechanical bond between aluminum tube and inner base tube is accomplished during the fining work and same time makes the n steel, low-alloy steels, stainless steel , brass , copper , cooper-nickel alloys , aluminum bronze , nickel alloys , titanium etc...

The copper-aluminum interface achieves metals bonging among atoms, popular saying: metallurgy bonding. ACC tube combines the excellent moment decalescence capability of copper with the excellent heat-sinking capability of aluminum. Manufacture:
A core tube is fitted into an aluminium primary tube. This assembly is then fed into the triple-spindle finning machine. Three special multi-disc packs extrude the aluminium tube into helical high fins while reducing the inner diameter to give firm pressure contact with the core tube.
