Concrete Road Pipe Making Machine
Overview:
Suspension roller concrete pipe making machines are used for producing reinforced concrete pipes and Pre-stressed concrete pipe. This kind of machine is capable to make pipes with diameter from 300-2000mm and with length from 1-4meters. We can design flat end, socket & spigot end, male & female end. All the concrete pipes are widely used in urban drainage, agricultural field irrigation, road culvert and deep water well.
Working Principle:
This XG series Concrete tube machine is with simple structure. The suspended roller passes through the tube mould. Driving by the motor, the transmission shaft will drive the roller rotating at a regulated speed. Because of the friction force between the roller and stop ring at the ends of mould, the pipe mould will be drove rotating at the same direction as the roller.
By manual feeding concrete or conveying machine, the concrete mixture into the mould will be adhere to the inner wall of mould, and become solid. Owing to the function of the Roller Compressing Force and Centrifugal Force, and then form a standard quality pipe.

We all know that rusting is a severe problem all over the world. The global cost of corrosion is estimated to be 3 to 4% of the global GDP. It is a huge global loss and still unnoticeable. Almost all the present technologies to stop corrosion are not able to deliver fool proof results & fail to stop rusting process especially fill form corrosion permanently.Hence everybody is fed up & looking for a one time and lifetime kind of solution. In this regard we have invented & introduced Steel Guard Nano Coat or 'SGNC' as a best Rust preventive and surface protection compound.It is a water based nano technological formulation made out of precious metals in nano form. And It is an absolutely GREEN product. It is to be applied on a cleaned and degreased iron surface before paints with suitable method. After application,It penetrates inside the surface and forms metallurgical monolithic bonds with iron molecules and creates an armor around it.During this process nobility of the surface is increased from ferrous to non ferrous and SGNC with concrete or sealer paint system on top of it stops water,oxygen and chloride ingress in the iron surface and stops corrosion process in it completely.
Its unique features have made SGNC very much useful in almost all the industries.
It can be applied on HR black, HR pickled, CR, MS casting or Machined iron surface after degreasing. It can be applied on TMT rebars in the construction process which increases the bond strength by two times.
It delivers marvelous performance & replaces many current processes . ETP is not required.
In marine application , it can act like a shop primer & keeps objects w/o rust if stored in a covered area up to relative humidity < 65 % & kept away from continuous water contact.
It can be used as a rust remover + preventer on flash rusted components and can be used for touch up at dealer's end, repair shops or service centers.
We can straight away eliminate shot blasting, galvanizing, 7 tanks phosphating or 13 tanks CED etc processes for fabricated assemblies, fasteners, flanges, pipes, riveting etc shelf components where FIFO can not be maintained and use of SGNC+1 or 2 coats of paint can have a good cost reduction.
This can be used as touch up chemicals and to clear under warranty corrosion claims or for under maintenance components/ assemblies also. Weld ability is not a problem after SGNC application.

A spectacle blind flange is a type of isolation device used in piping systems. It is a forged steel plate that consists of two interconnected discs: a ring with a hole of the same bore size as the pipeline, and a solid disc. In normal conditions, the spectacle blind is installed in the open position and does not interrupt the flow of the fluid conveyed by the pipeline. To stop the flow, the blind end is rotated into place between the flanges.

Spectacle blinds are available in standard sizes up to 24 inches and in forged material grades like ASTM A105 (high-temperature carbon), A350 low-temperature carbon), and various ASTM A182 grades (alloy, stainless steel, duplex). They are typically used in conjunction with flanges, and are available with raised face (RF), flat face (FF), or RTJ faces.
