B. Automatic lubrication for spindles.
The self-lubricate system is applied in two parts of vertical biomass wood pellet machine, the main shaft,and the rollers. This can keep machine in full maintenance for 24 hours. Lubricating main shaft not only helps to increase lubricity of oil, high temperature viscosity, and the capacity of oxidation resistance and extreme pressure protection, but also greatly decreases abrasion of mold caused by cold start, increases low-temperature flowability, so that when the system get started in a brief moment, the oil can reach to the lubrication-needed place to low the abrasion of mold to minimum.
