It is thick, highly covering paste for Direct printing, prints have a soft hand finish, Generally plastisol prints should be cured at 170o C -180o C the amount of time it takes for curing depend upon the color and thickness of the ink deposit, an initial test to determine cure is, after curing and cooling, the print should feel dry and firm when rubbed with your thumb, It should be able to stretch and relax without excessive cracking.
Shelf Life: PVC Plastisol ink is not subject to a particular limitation of its shelf life but have tendency to increase in viscosity when stored for longer period, care must taken to store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

There are 50 preparers of plastisol in the market but we have develop a product which is very easy to print, no need to add any kind of reducer, one can take their production very faster, and it has more coverage, more softness & better opacity in case of white, main thing about our plastisol are one can wash the screen by normal water, which can change the colours in production on much faster then any other ink.
Rasa white/black â?? it is basic colours in printing of plastisol is a very typical subject. Plastisol has more coverage, ground arresting, more softness & more elaasomeric effect especially on cotton & polyester knits as well as the denim & 100% cotton substrates. It gives very different look on garments. The basic colours in plastisol series are white / lotus white & jet black.

We have two clear gel. One with specially bluish tint in it & others are very much clear & can use as a adhesive to cavier beads & flock & foils.
